Indoor Fixtures

Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting handcrafts each piece in our factory located in Hialeah, Florida, USA. The manufacturing process starts as soon as the order is placed. FAHL fixtures are made to order, and for this reason, they cannot be exchanged, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Import Outdoor Fixtures

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.
  • To start a return:
    • Dealers: please contact us at customerservice@finearthl.com.
      • Returns will be accepted only with written consent.
      • We will provide you with an RMA number to note on the boxes.
    • Fine Art Online Purchases: Start your outdoor return here.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
  • All products must be returned “as new” in their original Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting packaging and be free of any damages or signs of installation.
  • Online purchasers/Dealers are responsible for return freight and original outbound freight. We recommend you buy freight insurance for the return shipment as we will not issue credit/refund if the item (s) has freight damage when received at our factory.
  • Upon receipt by Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting, the product will be inspected for “as new” condition. Once confirmed, we will process your return, less the actual outbound shipping charges and restocking fee. Credits/refunds will be issued within ten business days of receipt of the returned product.

Our Studio Glass: Our studio glass is handmade individually in Miami. Slight variations in shape, size and markings are the characteristics that distinguish art glass from mass-produced glass.
