All merchandise purchased through the Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting Outlet is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged in transit or has a verified manufacturing defect covered under the Limited Warranty below. In those cases, we will issue a refund or allow the selection of an alternate product, subject to availability. If the replacement product has a higher purchase price, the customer will be responsible for the difference.
Outlet merchandise may include discontinued items, overstock inventory, showroom samples, or closeout products. These items may have limited quantities, and identical replacement fixtures or matching components may not be available.
SHIPPING
All products ship directly from Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier and reported to Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting immediately. Concealed shipping damage must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
All lighting fixtures should be installed by a licensed or qualified electrician and in accordance with all applicable national, state, and local electrical codes.
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting is not responsible for damage, product failure, or safety issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow the provided installation instructions.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to Florida in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
FINE ART HANDCRAFTED LIGHTING LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting warrants to the original purchaser that its indoor lighting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product, subject to the limitations and exclusions described below.
This Limited Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not modify or supersede the Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting Outlet Store Final Sale Policy. Cosmetic imperfections, discontinued products, showroom samples, closeout merchandise, and conditions disclosed in the product description or reasonably apparent at the time of purchase are not covered under this warranty.
If Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting determines that a covered manufacturing defect exists, we will, at our sole discretion:
Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and accompanied by the original order confirmation or other dated proof of purchase from the Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting Outlet Store.
Products that appear damaged or defective should not be installed. Installation of a product after a known defect has been identified may void warranty coverage for that defect.
This warranty does not cover:
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting is not responsible for installation costs, removal costs, electrician fees, shipping charges, or other incidental or consequential expenses associated with warranty claims. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
FINE ART HANDCRAFTED LIGHTING OUTDOOR 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Fine Art Handcrafted Outdoor products are covered by a two (2) year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials, workmanship, and factory-applied finishes.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting will, at its sole discretion:
Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and accompanied by the original order confirmation or other dated proof of purchase.
Outdoor lighting products naturally weather over time. Changes in color, finish, grain, texture, oxidation, patina development, fading, corrosion due to environmental exposure, and other normal aging characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting shall not be liable for claims arising from misuse, abuse, improper installation, alteration, neglect, inadequate maintenance, shipping damage after delivery, power surges, acts of nature, or exposure to severe environmental conditions.
èCoastal Environments
Properties located within approximately ten (10) miles of a saltwater coastline are subject to significantly more corrosive environmental conditions.
Even with proper maintenance, outdoor lighting installed in coastal environments will naturally experience accelerated corrosion, oxidation, finish deterioration, and other environmental effects. These conditions are considered normal wear and are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
INTEGRATED LED LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty applies only to fixtures manufactured with an integrated LED light source.
LED Driver
Covered by a three (3) year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
Integrated LED Module
Covered by a five (5) year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
Integrated AC LED Fixtures (Without Driver)
Covered by a five (5) year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or environmental conditions beyond Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting's control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product.
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting's maximum liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
