Cancellation & Warranty Policy

Indoor Fixtures

Mariner Luxury handcrafts each piece in their factory located in Valencia, Spain. The manufacturing process starts as soon as the order is placed. Mariner Luxury fixtures are made to order, and for this reason, they cannot be exchanged, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Warranty Coverage

  • In accordance with current consumer regulations, lighting and furniture items manufactured by Mariner are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years, valid from the date of product shipment.
  • This warranty does not apply to:
    • Products that have been improperly stored, misused, incorrectly installed, or connected to an incorrect voltage.
    • Damage caused by chemical reactions, oxidation, improper cleaning methods or products, corrosion, or water exposure.
    • Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage resulting from impacts or accidents.
  • The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material issues. This warranty applies solely to residential use.
  • During the warranty period, Mariner will evaluate claims to determine if a lack of conformity originates from the manufacturing process. If so, the customer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate.
  • In the case of repair, Mariner will cover the cost of replaced components, labor, staff travel, and any incurred repair expenses, provided the product is accessible for repair without additional costs.
  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, the customer may opt for a price reduction, subject to prior agreement with Mariner.
